Fees for Full Representation
I offer full representation. That means I prepare your forms and supporting documents, review them with you, submit your application to IRCC, respond to IRCC requests, and keep you informed until a decision. The fees below are my professional fees. They do not include taxes, IRCC government fees, or third-party costs such as translations, medical exams, language tests and police certificates.
Fees can be higher in complex cases, for example prior refusals, inadmissibility issues, many dependants, or unusual documents. I confirm your exact fee in your written service agreement before any work begins.

How fees are earned
Professional fees are earned at milestones as the work is completed. Your written service agreement lists each milestone, what it covers, and the fee due at that point, and you are invoiced when a milestone is reached.
How to pay
- Interac e-Transfer (clients in Canada)
- Bank draft or cheque (clients in Canada; work begins after a cheque clears)
- International wire transfer (bank details are provided only in your signed service agreement)
- Online payment by card through Square, for consultations and invoiced amounts
We do not accept cash.
Payments in advance of work are held in a client trust account and released only as each milestone is invoiced. You receive a receipt for every payment.
Currency and taxes
All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) for clients anywhere in the world. Applicable taxes are added where required by law. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own currency conversion or transfer fees.
